PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of achieving effective heat shielding performance by mounting a gasket and a packing between a door inner plate at an inside side and an inner casing to form a plurality of sealing spaces, and surely bringing fins of the seal packing into contact with an opposite face and separated therefrom without resistance in opening and closing the door. SOLUTION: This refrigerator comprises the gasket 11 made out of a soft resin, and mounted on an outer periphery of a door inside 12 in a state of forming a suction part 11a to an opening part peripheral edge 2a of a refrigerator main body 1, and the seal packing 15 positioned at the inside 8 side with respect to the gasket and provided with soft fins 15b, 15c extended to the inner case 4 side forming a chill room with a mounting part 15a to a door side 12.
