PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high potential by charging and high sensitivity, ensuring no change of various properties even after repeated use, capable of exhibiting stable performance, and free of solvent cracking. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer containing a charge generating material and a charge transport material as constituents on an electrically conductive support, a compound having a specified structure is contained as the charge transport material and the photosensitive layer contains at least one compound selected from hydroquinone compounds, hindered phenol compounds, hindered amine compounds, tocopherol compounds and phosphorus-based antioxidants.
