PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a bare chip by devising a reinforcing structure around the bare chip in a battery pack having the bare chip disposed on a circuit board. SOLUTION: The battery pack 1 includes a circuit board 3 arranged on the upper surface of a flat square unit cell 2, and an armoring cover 5 covering the circuit board 3. Protection walls 19, 19 for protection of a flat square FET chip 16 as the bare chip are fixed on the circuit board 3 in close vicinity to the FET chip 16.
