PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone adhesive agent for skin capable of easily forming a predetermined pattern shape when applying an adhesive agent layer. SOLUTION: The silicone adhesive agent for skin contains a silicone resin, and a modified silicone oil compatible with the silicone resin, which is emulsified as a water-in-oil type emulsion. The silicone adhesive agent for skin whose silicone resin content is 60-99.9 wt.%, modified silicone oil content is 0.1-10 wt.% for a content weight other than water, and water content is 10-70 wt.% for an overall content weight provides a reasonable viscosity and thixotropy.
