<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock and a clock system for arbitrarily adjusting the time presented by the clock. <P>SOLUTION: The clock 100 presents the time to a user 10 by visual display or sound. The clock 100 receives data of an operation instruction which serves as a chance for operating a speed of advance of the time transmitted from a remote controller 200 operated by a user A10a.
