SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MAKING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase energy conversion efficiency by increasing the light absorption efficiency of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A surface texturing process is performed on a surface(110) of a solar cell board. In the surface texturing process, an emitter is formed using dopant. A reflection prevention layer(130) is coated on a doping layer(120) in a doping stage. A nano particle(150) is formed on the reflection prevention layer. When the light is inputted to the solar cell, the light reaches the solar cell board by generating a surface plasmon resonance phenomenon in a contact part of the reflection prevention layer and the nano particle when the light is inputted to the solar cell.
