<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel supporting apparatus capable of safely and easily supporting a panel even when there is a dimensional change due to a working error of the panel. <P>SOLUTION: The panel supporting apparatus includes a base member 51 which is provided in a way as to stably settle the panel 5, a reference hand 11 coupled to the base member 51 to support the panel 5, a centering hand 21 which is movably coupled to the base member 51 so as to face the reference hand 11 via the panel 5 interposed therebetween and has a contact member 23 for elastically pressurizing the panel 5 toward the reference hand, and a centering drive 31 which moves the centering hand 21 toward the reference hand so as cause the contact member 23 to support the panel 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
