PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a light emitting element and a device, the light emitting element and the device using the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and improve throughput. CONSTITUTION: In a method of manufacturing a light emitting element and a device, a first conductive layer(112a), a light-emitting layer(114a), and a second conductive layer(116a) are laminated on at least first substrate(100) in order. An ohmic layer(130a) is formed on the second conductive layer, and at least one first substrate is bonded on the second substrate while the second substrate(190) is larger than the first substrate. The ohmic layer, the second conductive layer, and the light-emitting layer are etched successively so that a part of the first conductive layer is exposed to the outside.
