PURPOSE: A compound for organic electronic device is provided to apply to OLED(organic light-emitting diode) and improve efficiency and life time of the OLED. CONSTITUTION: A compound for organic electronic device is denoted by the chemical formula (1). A method for preparing a compound of the chemical formula (1) comprises: a step of synthesizing heterocylic derivative or indenofluorene bone; a step of performing halogenations which provides heterocylic derivative or indenofluorene; and a step of performing reaction with diarylamine of halogenated indeno fluorine or metallization.
