PURPOSE: A system and a method of automatic guidance related to a USIM card password and an apparatus therefor are provided to reduce the dissatisfactions of clients by blocking civil affairs in advance and preventing the leakage of personal information when a USIM card is lost. CONSTITUTION: An authentication server(170) authenticates a communication terminal, and an HLR(Home Location Register)(160) registers and manages the location information of the communication terminal. An MSC(140) request the authentication of the communication terminal. If the authentication is successful, the MSC registers the location information of the communication terminal to the HLR and transmits a guidance message about the password of a smart card.
