PURPOSE: An environment-friendly seed germination net using cotton and jute, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to allow seeds to germinate even in dry weather. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an environment-friendly seed germination net comprises the following steps of: molding a fiber layer(20); mixing cotton and jute at a ratio of 3 to 7 to form a lower cotton layer(30); placing the lower cotton layer on one side of the fiber layer; needle-punching the fiber layer and lower cotton layer using a needle-punching machine to bind them; turning over the lower cotton layer in order for the fiber layer to be placed on the lower cotton layer; sowing seeds(40) on the fiber layer; mixing fertilizer, soil, and water bag at a ratio of 1:1:1 by weight to obtain a mixed nutritive layer(50), and supplying the mixed nutritive layer over the seeds; mixing cotton and jute to obtain an upper cotton layer(60), and covering the mixed nutritive layer with the same; and needle-punching the lower cotton layer, fiber layer, mixed nutritive layer, and upper cotton layer together in order to bind them. |
