PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for automatically controlling an irradiation angle for LED plant cultivation lamp are provided to uniformly light plants in a green house to promote the germination, blooming, and growth of the plants. CONSTITUTION: An irradiation angle automatic control device(100) comprises a light sensor part(110), micro computer part(120), irradiation angle control motor part(130), wire winding roller part(140), and wire part(150). The light sensor part measures the amount of sunlight irradiation and transmits it to the micro computer part. The micro computer part controls the irradiation angle of an LED plant cultivation lamp in order to give supplementary light to the plants. The irradiation angle control motor part rotates the wire winding roller part clockwise or counterclockwise according to the control signal of the micro computer part. The wire part controls the irradiation angle of the LED plant cultivation lamp.
