PURPOSE: A surface cutting tool is provided to prevent a cutting fail and burr by cutting a workpiece while pressing the workpiece and to prevent safety accidents by guiding chip and cutting oil to the lower side. CONSTITUTION: A surface cutting tool(30) comprises a side blade(36) and a bottom blade(34) which are formed on a rod(14) to cut the side and bottom of a workpiece(18). A blade groove(32) including an area in the longitudinal direction of the rod is extended to the bottom blade, forming a spiral twisted in the direction opposite a cutting rotational direction(S3). When the rod rotates in the cutting rotational direction, the side blade cuts the workpiece in the cutting rotational direction. The cutting force of the side blade moving from a top cutting point to a bottom cutting point(P4) presses the workpiece.
