PURPOSE: A temperature sensing discoloration spoon is provided, which can protect a user from a burn by being discolored according to temperature. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensing discoloration spoon comprises a metal spoon(10) which is dyed using the discoloration pigment or plastic material in which the discoloration pigment is mixed; and temperature discoloration pigment mixed with the discoloration pigment. The temperature discoloration pigment is formed into the spoon by being mixed with the plastic materials of the spoon. The temperature discoloration pigment is dyed or applied on the surface of the spoon by being mixed with the dying pigment. The temperature sensing discoloration spoon cools food to the appropriate temperature.
