PURPOSE: An engine mounting and a manufacturing method thereof for simplifying a coupling structure of an insulator and a bracket are provided to improve productivity and reduce defective product by manufacturing bracket. CONSTITUTION: An engine mount(100) includes a bracket(110), an insulator(120), and a fixing plate(130). The internal space is formed in the bracket. A coupling unit is projected from both sides of the bracket. The insulator is inserted into the internal space. The fixing plate is installed between the bracket and the insulator. Both sides of the fixing plate is respectively projected to both ends of the fixing plate.
