PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment for enabling an operator to safely perform an operation in order to improve the safety of an operation. SOLUTION: This safety operation system is provided with a transmitter, an information receiving part, a server and an output means. The transmitter is mounted to an operator or a tool, and transmits identification information. The information receiving part is installed in an operation site, and receives identification information transmitted from the transmitter. The server is provided with a database. The server transmits individual information in the database to an output means based on the identification information. The individual information is information relating to the respective characters of the operator or the tool. The output means outputs the individual information received form the server.
