FIELD: construction, particularly special arrangements or devices in connection with roof coverings, roof drainage, namely to protect thereof against ice formation. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves using gas- and/or water-liquid heat exchanger system, circulation pump and heating pipe system arranged in areas to be protected against snow, ice or icicles. Tubes of the system are filled with non-freezing liquid continuously circulating via system loop under the action of circulation pump so that the liquid passes through gas- and/or water-liquid heat exchanger system. The gas- and/or water-liquid heat exchanger system is located in building vent system, underground structures or in outgoing flue gas conduits of boiler installation or other heating systems or are built in heating system or in hot water supply system for liquid heating. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
