FIELD: petroleum processing. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process of obtaining fuel fractions via flash evaporation of hydrocarbon feedstock according to single-column scheme. Process comprises separating gas condensate by flash evaporation in a single rectification column, recovering fuel fractions and rejection of heat by means of intermediate circulation sprinkling, and withdrawing gasoline fraction vapors in the top part of rectification column. Part of condensed vapors is fed to reflux top part of rectification column while the rest of gasoline fraction is routed to compounding unit. Principal parameters of distillation conditions for gas condensate, notably minimal Rm, optimal Ropt, reflux ratio, and number of theoretical plates, are calculated in terms of proposed equation. Acute reflux is fed to the top of rectification column in amount (Grf) calculated from formula: wherein Grf acute reflux, kg/h, qi denotes latent evaporation heat of vapors, kJ/kg; Gn and qn denote amount and enthalpy of rectificate vapors, kg/h and kJ/kg; qcrf enthalpy of cold reflux, kJ/kg; and Ropt calculated optimum reflux number. Further, mass and heat streams of fuel fractions and intermediate circulation reflux are redistributed in the balance of plant according to calculated optimum distillation parameters Ropt and Nopt. ^ EFFECT: optimized process conditions. ^ 7 tbl |
