FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to production of new cell lines, and can be used for making anti-tumour vaccines. A novel human melanoma cell line mel Ch is disclosed, which has stable cultural and morphological characteristics and is stored in the Special collection of cell cultures of the Institute of Cytology RAS under number RKKK (P) 706D. The obtained cell line is characterised by expression of melanoma (differentiation) markers - CD63, HMW, as well as cancerous-testicular marker MAGE-3, presence of first and second class histocompatibility antigens. ^ EFFECT: increased effectiveness of anti-tumour (whole cell, genetically engineered) vaccines, used for treating melanoma and other malignant growths. ^ 1 tbl, 2 ex |
