MULTI FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATED CIRCUIT AND SOURCE DRIVER HAVING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A multi functional integrated circuit and a source driver device including the same are provided to reduce power consumption and a chip size of the source driver by integrating a voltage limiter. CONSTITUTION: A first high voltage transistor(HVT1) precharges a storage node in response to a first control signal. A decoding unit(320) decodes input signals and transmits the decoded input signal to a storage node. A second high voltage transistor(HVT2) transmits the output of the decoding unit to a storage node in response to a second control signal. A capacitor is connected to the storage node. A buffer outputs a signal of the storage node to the outside. A latch unit latches the signal of the node. A first inverter receives the signal of the node and outputs the signal to the outside. A second inverter receives the output signal of the first inverter and outputs the output signal to the node.
