<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller with a thrust retainer, a retainer for a thrust roller bearing, and a roller bearing incorporated with them capable of suppressing drilling friction between a roller end face and an end face of a retainer pocket. <P>SOLUTION: The roller 1 with the thrust retainer includes a plurality of rollers 2, and the retainer 3 radially provided with a plurality of pockets 4 holding the rollers 2 in plural places in a circumferential direction. One or a plurality of contact positions between the end faces of the rollers 2 and the end faces 4a of the pockets 4 facing the roller end faces are deviated from axes Or of the rollers 2.
