WATER-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based resin composition, wherein an amount of a film forming aid is reduced, and a coating film excellent in weatherability and antiblocking property under more severe conditions is formed. SOLUTION: The water-based resin composition is used for an enamel coating material and contains a water-based resin dispersion and a crosslinking agent as essential components. An alkoxysilane group-containing polymerizable monomer (A) and a cycloalkyl group-containing polymerizable monomer (B), are contained as high Tg components of a core-shell type water-based resin dispersion.
