<p>A multiple-tube simultaneous derusting and dusting system has a delivery machine, a tube deruster, a MF heating machine and a dusting machine. Roll-tubes dividing racks are fixed to the portion of the delivery machine which being arranged between the tube deruster and the MF heating machine and being arranged between the MF heating machine and the dusting machine. The roll-tubes dividing racks have supporting frames (2) and dividing frames (3) fixed on the supporting frames (2), and supporting forks (5) are arranged on the upside of the dividing frames (3), wherein the dividing frames (3) can move up and down relative to the supporting frame. The system can separate the tubes to be delivered to avoid the tubes contacting each other, therefore the work efficiency of the system can be improved. The system is characteristic of simpleness of structure and low-cost.</p> |
