<p>The invention relates to electric power generating plants, in particular to wind power plants which are used for producing electric energy by wind power conversion. The aim of the invention is to design such a wind power plant in which, by means of structural features, it would be possible to increase the performance factor, exclude a harmful effect on the environment and the use of large territories for building wind power plants. The use of carrying devices in the invention, for example balloons and a diffuser made for example of canvas, makes it possible to exclude the ground positioning of the plant, to concentrate the airflow, thereby rendering said plant efficient at low wind speeds by using gas turbines as a working element, to exclude damaging low-frequency oscillations and to dispense with the large structural design of the plant working element for producing nominal power. The invention can be used in all of the national economy sectors for producing electric energy by converting airflow energy into mechanical energy.</p> |
