PURPOSE: A method for providing information related to the recovery of automatic machinery is provided to enable a user to confirm the recovery related information by outputting the information about the dispatch of a service staff. CONSTITUTION: When there is a problem in an automatic teller machine, a service center server transmits a dispatch order message to a terminal of a service staff(S220). The service center server receives a dispatch confirmation message including the dispatch state alarming information from a service staff who confirmed the dispatch order message(S230). The service center server extracts the dispatch alarm information from the dispatch confirmation message(S250), and output the dispatch state alarm information in voice or image through an output device installed at the automatic teller machine store(S260).
