PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a road supposed to be traveled from now by a vehicle, and to perform various attention guides at each guide spot in a traveling direction, when a route searching processing is not performed. SOLUTION: This device 10 obtains present position information corresponding to movement of the vehicle, specifies link information of a road during traveling, setting it in an object link, and specifies object link attribute information which is a link attribute thereof. The device specifies node information from link information, specifies link information correlated with the node information, sets it in a traveling candidate link, and specifies traveling candidate link attribute information which is a link attribute thereof. Then, the device compares the object link attribute with traveling candidate link attribute, and determines a traveling prediction route supposed to be traveled from now. Further, the device specifies connection angle information between the object link and the traveling candidate link, determines whether the information is within a prescribed angle range or not, determines the traveling prediction route having a strong probability of being traveled, and specifies and outputs link guide information set in the traveling prediction route.
