A mobile communication home automation system for providing a discount zone service by using a mobile communication terminal is provided to supply a device for forming a channel different from a mobile communication channel in order to set a discount zone in the home automation system, so that the discount zone service can be supplied. A mobile communication system(3) provides a discount zone service applied with a discounted call charge through a first communication channel. A home automation system(1) sets a discount zone for supplying the discount zone service and generates a discount charge application signal for usage of the discount zone service. A mobile communication terminal(2) forms a second communication channel with the home automation system and transmits the discount charge application signal, received from the home automation system, to a mobile communication system so that the mobile communication system can apply a discount rate to a call charge of a user.
