PURPOSE: A method for preparing canned DHA containing kidney beans using fermentation by Schizochytrium sp. is provided to improve vision and motion development ability of infants. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing canned DHA containing kidney beans comprises the following steps of: mixing kidney beans and purified water at a ratio of 1:5~1:10 by weight, maintaining the state for 5-48 hours in a tank; putting a Schizochytrium sp. culture liquid into the tank and stirring it, leaving to stand at 10~50°C for 1-5 hours and stirring for 5-60 minutes, and leaving to stand for 1-5 hours and stirring for 5-60 minutes until the fermentation time is 24-120 hours; and cooling the tank to 10~40°C and leaving to stand for 12-120 hours.
