摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological material sensing device reciprocatively feeding a liquid in a flow path with a simple mechanism. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A DNA chip 20 is provided with: the flow path 203 having a reaction region R on which a probe for sensing specific biological material in a sample is fixed, and having reservoirs 204, 205 on both end; and an elastic sealing film 206 for sealing an opening part of the reservoir 205. A analyte liquid is moved from the reservoir 204 to the reservoir 205 by rotating the DNA chip 20 and utilizing centrifugal force, and elastic energy is accumulated in the sealing film 206. When the centrifugal force and elastic force of the sealing film 206 are balanced, a rotation speed is reduced, and the analyte liquid is moved from the reservoir 205 to the reservoir 204 by accumulated elastic energy.
