<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve much more accurate incident determination when performing surgery. <P>SOLUTION: This medical information system includes a surgical data input part 2 for inputting data related with a surgery including the position of a surgical instrument, the user of the surgical instrument, the use time zone of the surgical instrument, and the operation circumstances of medical equipment; an incident determination part 1 for determining whether or not any incident showing the circumstances that surgery has not been operated following a surgical plan has occurred on the basis of the input data related with the surgery and the surgical plan; a warning part 5 for warning the occurrence of the incident when it is determined that the incident has occurred; and a recording part 4 for recording the data related with the occurrence of the incident when it is determined that the incident has occurred. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
