<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory having an ornament swinging suitably and preventing its easy detachment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This accessory includes a pair of ornament attachment portions 3 facing to each other, and is formed by connecting an ornament setting 5 installed with the ornament 4 such as a gem, to the ornament attachment portions turnably about a straight line formed by connecting their opposite faces. The ornament setting 5 is so formed that the whole body of a plurality of ornament clamping portions 8, etc. formed into a substantially V shape is formed into an annulus by connecting one-side upper ends of the V shapes of the mutually adjoining ornament clamping portions 8, etc. and is downward tapered into a frusto-conical shape, the frusto-conical inner face side of the ornament clamping portions 8, etc. is formed into a lower-face abutment part 12 coming into abutment with the lower face of the ornament 4, the upper side of the ornament clamping portions is formed with claw portions 11 clampingly gripping the ornament 4, and the ornament 4 is retained by the claw portions 11 and the lower face abutment portion 12 with its vertically clamped therebetween.
