PURPOSE: A string containing fertilizer is provided to prevent the root of a plant from being damaged due to direct contact between nutrient components and the root of a plant. CONSTITUTION: A string containing fertilizer comprises: a nutrient component(100) which is absorbed into a plant and helps the growth of the plant; and an impermeable layer(110) which includes a nutrient component and is made of biodegradable material and through which water is transmitted to the inside thereof from the outside and water or nutrient components dissolved in the water are not transmitted to the outside from the inside. In the outer surface of the impermeable layer, irregularities are formed. Outside the impermeable layer, an outer layer(120) is formed.
