PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact flowmeter excellent in maintainability while improving reliability in electric connection between a terminal pin and a detecting part. SOLUTION: The flowmeter includes: a case body 10 having a fluid space 12 formed; an impeller 30 whose number of rotations varies depending on a flow rate of a fluid; the detecting part 40 for detecting a detected part 36 of the impeller 30 to convert into a signal; the terminal pin 50 including a terminal contact 501 electrically connected with a detecting part terminal 402 of the detecting part 40 and a connector 502 for outputting the signal; and a holder 60 which the terminal pin 50 is fixed to and is detachably carried in the case body 10 via a holder carrier 17 provided on the case body 10. The holder 60 is fitted in the case body 10, and thereby the detecting part 40 and the terminal contact 501 are held between the case body 10 and the holder 60, and the terminal contact 501 is brought into contact with a detecting part terminal 401.
