A precise signal judgment method related to noise or vibration in the living environment is provided. This signal judgment is characterized in that unknown data are inputted into a model formula for an object to be measured/analyzed and the output value is obtained as a value of probability that the unknown data are data to be measured/analyzed. The model formula for the object to be measured/analyzed is created using actually measured known data. The model formula is created by a prediction model formula calculating means. As for the prediction model formula, a logistic regression expression can be used.
