A tablet cassette for medicine packing machine is provided to wrap tablets according to type through different combinations of upper and lower members, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost for mold. A tablet cassette for medicine packing machine comprises an ejector part(70). The ejector part includes first and second rotators(10,20) and a separation groove(91). The first rotator has a plurality of first guide protuberances(11) which are formed at regular intervals on the outside surface so that tablets are guided through between the guide protuberances. The second rotator is detachably combined to the bottom of the first rotator and has a plurality of second guide protuberances(21) which are formed at regular intervals on the outside surface so that tablets are discharged through between the guide protuberances. The separation groove is formed between the first and the second guide protuberance, and a separator partitioning off the first and the second guide protuberance is fitted in the separation groove.
