<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing spout which can be easily classified and collected when a container is disposed of. <P>SOLUTION: The dispensing spout includes a base 1 which has the inner cylinder 1a and the outer cylinder 1b concentrically doubly arranged, forms an annular channel m opened downward between them, and fits, fixes and holds a mouth part of the container into the annular channel m, an annular peripheral wall 2 integrally provided on the upper part of the base 1, a spouting cylinder 3 which is provided on the inside of the annular peripheral wall 2, opens a spouting path by tearing off a closing wall 3a by a pull ring 3b to be able to discharge the content in the container, and a cap 4 which has a storing space for covering and concealing this spouting cylinder 3 and is freely attachably/detachably engaged on the outside wall of the annular peripheral wall 2. In this dispensing spout, an annular body 5 surrounding the whole periphery of the outer cylinder 1b is provided on the lower end part of the outer cylinder 1b, and thin connecting pieces 6 for linking them at a plurality of positions are arranged between the annular body 5 and the outer cylinder 1b each other. In addition, a weakened part 7 for dividing at least one position along the width direction is provided on the annular body 5 when the mouth part of the container is pulled out from the annular channel m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
