PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to safely and validly use a service point.

SOLUTION: A point management site server 30 transmits the acquisition request of point information about a user being the transmission origin of a point batch browsing request to information management site servers 20A to 20B, and intensively manages the point information received from the information management site servers 20A and 20B in a point intensive device. The point management site server 30 provides point information about a user (ID: 07ab) received from the information management site servers 20A and 20B and the information of a point exchange validating site acquired from a point exchange retrieval device for validating inter-service point exchange and a point valid use one point advice for validly using a service point to a user being the transmission origin of the point batch browsing request as a point batch browsing service.
