<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comment display system for displaying a comment on a web page and makes it easy to browse content of the web page, a method thereof, and a management server and program. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The comment display system 10 includes a client terminal 100 on which web pages are displayed, a comment insertion server 200 connected to the client terminal 100 through the Internet 20, and a web server 300 connected to the comment insertion server 200 through the Internet 20 to provide a requested web page.
