The system has a generator device (1) comprising a housing (11) and a solar cell-panel (12) for receiving solar energy and for converting the energy into electrical power and thermal energy. A thermal insulation-layer is arranged at a base of the housing, and a heat conducting layer is arranged in the housing above the insulation layer. A retaining-chamber is arranged between the panel and the conducting layer for absorbing excess-heat from the panel. Discharge-pipes (2) are mounted on the chamber, and a mounting-frame is mounted at an outer side of the housing for supporting the housing. |
