<p>Methods and systems enable healthcare providers to identify metabolites that may cause a medical condition in a patient. The healthcare providers may then use the identified metabolite to identify a probiotic that may affect the regulation of that metabolite. Patient information, such as medical history and diagnosis data may then be used in combination with the identified probiotic to create a personalized medicament for that patient.</p>
