A device for generating message signature file includes: a location information obtaining unit, for obtaining information of the location where a user locates; a signature information generating unit, for generating signature file content according to the preset policy on a basis of the location information. A message signature system includes: a message signature file generating device, for obtaining information of the location where a user locates, and for generating signature file content according to a preset policy on a basis of the location information; a message service center, for adding the signature file content generated by the message signature file generating device into a message. The method, the device and the system can provide dynamic signature file content, and can provide user with convenience, and can provide user with better experience.
