<p>Provided is a measurement apparatus that can collectively measure optical distortions over a wide range. The optical distortion measurement apparatus is provided with an optical system, a polarization measurement module, and an analysis device. The optical system can radiate circular polarization light, elliptic polarization light or linear polarization light. The polarization measurement module includes a polarizer array and an area sensor. The polarizer array includes a plurality of units arranged one-dimensionally and two-dimensionally in a repetitive manner. The polarizer array transmits light radiated from the optical system. The polarizer array also transmits the light radiated from the optical system and penetrating a measurement sample. Each unit contained in the polarization array includes at least three kinds of polarizers that have different transmission polarization axial directions. The area sensor can independently receive the light transmitted through each polarizer of the polarizer array and measure the intensity of the received light.</p>
