PURPOSE: A mine water purification process having a device for removing heavy metal materials and a purification device using the same are provided to offer easy usability using a narrow space efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A mine water purification process having a device for removing heavy metal materials includes the following steps of: oxidizing ionic metal materials included in mine water; collecting the oxidized metal materials; removing the oxidized metal materials after a precipitation process; filtering advanced water in which an aggregate is removed; and filtering the filtrate.
