<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately connect to the same communication partner. <P>SOLUTION: In a communication terminal, a connection to another communication terminal is controlled by using a first communication section or a second communication section, and an IP address for the other communication terminal and a telephone number specific for the other communication terminal are registered associated.
