PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing strength measuring device of a bag body equipped with a chuck, capable of quantitatively measuring the sealing strength between a film and a chuck tape in the bag body with the chuck using a simple method, and thereby performing full quality guarantee of the bag body with the chuck. SOLUTION: A test piece M including a pair of chuck tapes 30 is cut off from the bag body W with the chuck. In the test piece M, a rod-shaped member 55 is inserted into a clearance P formed between the film F1 (or F2) and the chuck tape 31 (or 32) corresponding to the film F1, and the film F1 is pulled relative to the rod-shaped member 55 inserted so that the film F1 and the chuck tape 31 heat-sealed mutually are exfoliated.
