PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout to be attached to an annular channel formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, which is hardly separated during supplying to an assembling line and distributing the product, but is separated only in necessary cases such as abandonment and recovery. SOLUTION: The spout 100 has the outer cylinder 130 hanging down so as to surround the inner cylinder to be fitted to the inner peripheral face of a mouth part of a container and capable of fitting to the outer peripheral face of the mouth part of the container, and the outer cylinder 130 can be separated into a strip along the periphery. A thin-walled gripping part 137 is extended along the periphery of the outer cylinder 130 from the tip 153a of the strip part 135. The outer cylinder 130 overlapping this gripping part 137 is recessed, and the gripping part 137 is stored in this recessed part 138, and the gripping part 137 is fixed to the recessed part 138 with a breakable connecting part C1.
