<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely administer a medical liquid to a target portion inside the living body regardless of the posture of a medical liquid storage part when spraying and administering the medical liquid. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The medical liquid spraying administration device 5 is provided with a medical liquid tank 10 for storing the medical liquid A and a catheter 6 for transferring the medical liquid from the medical liquid tank 10 through a supply port 6b to a discharge port for spraying it. A main electrode 12 is provided in the connection part of the medical liquid tank 10 and the catheter 6, and a voltage is applied to the medical liquid at the main electrode 12 through a sub electrode 16 from a circuit part 15 which generates the voltage. A pressurized gas is impressed to the medical liquid tank 10 through the pneumatic tank 20 of the medical liquid feed mechanism 19 and a three-way valve 23, and the medical liquid is fed to the discharge port of the catheter 6. An absorbent composite 11 in a porous structure for holding the medical liquid in contact with the supply port 6b regardless of the posture is provided inside the medical liquid tank 10, and the medical liquid is supplied from the absorbent composite 11 to the supply port of the catheter 6 and sprayed.
