PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subcooled low-temperature device capable of easily achieving a subcooled state of refrigerant liquid by a simple constitution and stably keeping the state. SOLUTION: This subcooled low-temperature device comprises a low-temperature container 2 for storing the refrigerant liquid 10, a refrigerating machine 1 mounted on the low-temperature container 2 and comprising a cooling stage 1a penetrated through the low-temperature container 2, and a cooling head 4a connected to the cooling stage 1a under a liquid level of the refrigerant liquid 10 and having temperature gradient of the direction same as temperature gradient of the refrigerant liquid 10.
