PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch operating device using a clutch pedal for engaging/disengaging a clutch even when an operation valve is malfunctioned which supplies compressed air to a clutch booster in accordance with a command from a control device. SOLUTION: The clutch operating device comprises: the clutch booster 13 for engaging/disengaging the clutch when supplying/discharging with compressed air into/from a pneumatic pressure introducing chamber 16a; and a control valve 31 for supplying the compressed air into the pneumatic pressure introducing chamber 16a when footing the clutch pedal 11 and for discharging the compressed air therefrom when releasing the clutch pedal 11. An air pipe 52 has one end connected to an air tank 34 and a middle port provided with the operation valve 53. The operation valve communicates the air pipe therewith to supply the compressed air into the pneumatic pressure introducing chamber 16a and interrupts the air pipe to discharge the compressed air. An emergency valve 56 which communicates the air pipe therewith during non-operation and interrupts the air pipe during operation is provided in the air pipe on the downstream side of the operation valve.
