PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of various processing such as route search processing and route guide processing and improve the speed of such processing, as well as achieve prediction of a road that is to be traveled. SOLUTION: A road information management apparatus 10 receives link information for assigning a predetermined road, and specifies the link attribute (assignment link attribute information) thereof. Node information is specified by the link information, and also all connection link information associated with the node information are specified and then the link attributions (connection link attribution information) are specified. Subsequently, the presence of an integratable link is determined based on the link attributes by comparing the assignment link attribute information and the all connection link information, and the presence of an integratable and maintainable link based on a connection angle of the connection link integratable with the specified link information is determined.Then both of the integratable and maintainable link information and the connection link information are associated with the same link line information as integrated link information and stored.
